A serigraph print after the original gouache cutout titled Blue Nude II by Henri Matisse. This Fauvist image depicts a seated female figure against a white background. Despite the flatness of the image, the figure maintains an almost sculptural depth. The work issigned in-plate in the lower right. Ir is presented under glass with layered black and blue mats in a black metallic frame. There is a hanging wire mounted to the verso.

Condition

- glass could be cleaned more thoroughly; blemishes to frame; glass has been removed.
