Art Deco Style Pottery Compote

Item Details

A vintage Art Deco style pottery compote. Featured is a bisque tone compote with blue interior and detailing. the bowl has scalloped, curved rim with curled handles and bands of repousse flowers and a pedestal base. The bowl appears to be carried on the backs of two nude female figures. The item is impress marked ‘8805 II’ to the underside.

Condition

- to fair; hairline cracking throughout; chip to one figurine; discoloration spotting; scuffs and wear markings; details and color are faded.
