A machine woven Persian style area rug. This rug exhibits a central floral medallion and a mirrored palmette and leaf design executed in a palette of green, rust, salmon, and goldenrod over a black hued ground. The compound border features an alternating palmette and leaf pattern finished with tan hued selvedge. There is an illegible tag attached to the reverse.
