An acrylic painting on canvas after Johannes Vermeer’s The Lacemaker by artist Marie S. Person. This painting recreates the renowned composition, depicting a girl with a lace collar and yellow top intently staring down at a textile she is knitting with colored thread. To the lower left corner of the composition is a painted signature. The painting is presented in a cream wooden frame with hanging wire and a handwritten tag to the verso.
