Chinese Flambé Glazed Moon Flask

A Chinese flambé glazed moon flask. This piece has a bulbous neck which tapers to a flat, round body with a curved handle on either shoulder. It is decorated with a deep copper red and vivid lavender flambé gloss glaze. The piece bears no discernible maker’s marks.
