A reproduction print on paper after artist Thulsrup, titled A Relay on the Old Boston Post Road. This monochromatic print, which appears to be initially engraved by W. Zimmermann after Thulsrup’s composition, depicts a crowd gathering around a horse-drawn carriage containing passengers. To the lower corners are in-plate signatures, one of which is dated 1885. The print is presented under glass beneath matting in a gold tone and dark wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- some scratches and wear to the frame; large chip tot the upper left of the frame; glass could benefit from a cleaning.
