A hand-knotted Persian Heriz area rug. This carpet features pastel colors of mint green, peach, sand, beige and pale blues. The carpet features a central medallion with a pendant to each side on a field of mint green with corner spandrels and a compound border. The rug is finished with overcast selvedge edges and a cotton warp fringe at either end.
