Item Details

An antique Victorian walnut rocking chair. The chair comprises a shaped and carved crest rail with blocks featuring burled veneers and medallions. The curved and block adorned stiles lead to arched hip supports over a padded seat. It stands on turned front legs front with a carved apron attached to rails. The back and seat are re-upholstered in a satin-textured golden and sienna leaf patterned fabric with gimp and brass nailhead trim.
