"God Save the Kinks" Rare 1969 Promotional LP Box Set
Item Details
A promotional LP and memorabilia box set titled God Save the Kinks. Included is a promo-only stereo LP of The Kinks Then Now and Inbetween on Reprise Records, marked Pro 328, with original printed inner sleeve; a typed press release dated ‘Fall, 1969;’ a geometric puzzle of the band; a miniature Union Jack flag; a ‘God Save the Kinks’ sticker; a bag of dried grass labeled ‘Official Souvenir from the Daviesland Village Green;’ and assorted other ephemera. This set was never sold in stores and remains one of the most highly collectibles pieces of Kinks memorabilia.
