A hand-knotted Caucasian carpet runner. This wool carpet is hand-knotted in a palette of bright orange, red, blue, green, brown, and ivory. The field has vertical rows of diamonds with hooked borders on a blue and white striped background. The main border features a ramshorn pattern with embroidered detailing. It has long kilim skirts with fringe to either end. Unmarked.
