Early 20th Century Waterbury Clock Company Regulator Clock
Item Details
An early 20th century Waterbury regulator wall clock with spring driven brass movements. The oak case has original red brown stained finish and the bonnet is detailed with applied carved wood molding. The base of the clock has a decorative oak bracketed apron detailed with applied leaf molding. The hinged wood framed glass door opens to reveal the painted dial with Roman numerals, fancy hands and it is marked, ‘Manufactured by Waterbury Clock, Co., USA’. A white enamel and black metal plaque appear on the interior base of the cabinet which also cite the maker, ‘Waterbury Clock Co’. Pendulum and key are present. Partial back label is present.
