A limited edition lithograph on paper of a street scene by listed artist Polly Chase (1916-1957). This print features a bustling city and depicts people in early 20th century attire walking through the street and carrying out daily activities. It is signed and numbered ‘196/300’ by hand in graphite to the lower margins. The print is matted in brown and presented behind glass in a wooden frame with hanging hardware to the verso. Affixed to the verso is a certificate of authenticity from Patrician Galleries Inc.

- some tonal variation to print; discoloration and marks to mat; minor surface wear to frame; tape adhered along edges to the verso; residue and minor wear to the verso.
