A giclee print after artist Montague Dawson, titled The Days of Adventure. This print depicts two multi-masted ships engaged in combat along choppy waters, each firing at one another with cannons. A plumage of smoke surrounds the battle, with flickers of explosions peaking forth. To the lower left corner of the composition is an in-plate signature. The print is presented in a stained wooden frame that has been brushed with a gold and cream pigment with hanging wire to the verso.
