Item Details
An original oil painting on canvas by listed Spanish artist Jose Puyet (1922-2004) titled La Lecion. This painterly image depicts a 19th century young woman receiving a piano lesson in the parlor of an elegant home, next to a dashing young instructor. The work is signed in the lower right of the canvas, and signed and titled in black ink on the verso. It is presented ready to hang in an ornate gold tone gesso and wood frame with a white linen liner. A certificate of authenticity is included.

- discoloration to frame; chips to edges and corners of frame; minor abrasions and accretions to frame.
