Item Details

A Thai wood carving. This carved sculpture depicts the mythical serpent-like creature called a Naga. It has a dragon’s mouth and long, curved crest protruding from the forehead, as well as carved scales and a flower on its chest. It is finished with darkened accents in the cuts and shadows of the carved details. The piece is elevated from a square wood base by a thin metal rod. The piece is unmarked.
