An Oaxacan eagle alebrije. This wooden sculptural piece depicts an eagle in flight with it’s head turned and it’s talons open. It has an elaborate pattern across it’s painted wooden surface. It is marked on the underside of the base ‘Auvelio Zarate Arrazola, xoxo Oacaca’.
