Two embellished watercolor paintings on handmade paper by Wisconsin artist Bonnie Elvidge. The mixed media pieces each depict a dense patch of wildflowers, painted on textured paper. Paper flowers, leaves and butterflies are collaged throughout, creating a dimensional composition. Both works are signed in black ink to the lower right and a printed brochure about the artist is attached to the verso of one. Each is presented on a rose background, behind a textured mat in green and beige, under acrylic glass in a gold tone metal frame. A wire hanger is present to the verso of both.
