The bookends are in a bronze two-tone metal, with a background populated with floral, arabesque, diamond and swastika motifs, with loop corners, and decorative borders, featuring bas-relief Native American chiefs in profile. The bookends have textured plinth bases with bas-relief bell shapes to the center. Marked with numbers to the verso.
