An antique American Gothic Revival walnut side chair. This mid 19th century side chair is made of turned, pierced and carved walnut with an India ink hand grained rosewood finish. The chair is upholstered in a light red damask fabric with scrolling gold vines and darker red flowers. Unmarked.
