A collection of four Knowles China Oklahoma collectors plate. Within this collection are plates entitled, ‘I Can’t Say No,’ and features a man and woman discussing the prices of goods at the back of a traveling salesman’s wagon, ‘The Surrey with the Fringe on Top,’ featuring a man and woman riding on a horse drawn surrey with a fringed top, ‘Oklahoma,’ which depicts a cowboy at the head of a cattle drive and ‘Oh what a Beautiful Morning,’ with a farmhouse scene of a man and woman talking while an older woman churns butter. These plates’s scenes were all designed by noted modern Civil War artist, Mort Kuntsler and commemorate the famed Rogers and Hammerstein musical, Oklahoma. The plates are numbered #3588C, #19738A, #4995E and #10979B, respectively, include the original boxes, and letters of authenticity.
