Silvercraft Art Deco Venetian Clock
Item Details
A vintage Art Deco shelf clock by Silvercraft. The clock has a gold pictorial face featuring an image of a gondolier in a Venetian canal at sunset in silhouette. The black Arabic numerals are enclosed in a double cartouche. The rectangular case in metal and is suspended between two posts. The corners are embellished with enamel dragonflies. The base has a mottled surface which also appears on the back of the clock. The back is marked ‘Silvercraft’ with maker’s marks.
