Vintage Provincial Louis XV Style Oak Cabinet

Item Details

A vintage provincial Louis XV style oak cabinet. The case features a rectangular top with molded, scalloped edges above a single drawer over a blind-paneled door. The drawer is fitted with a metal, ring pull while the door has a scrolled escutcheon plate and fiche hinges. The fronts of both are embellished with carved accents and they are flanked by paneled stiles. There is one adjustable shelf inside the cabinet and it rises on cabriole, front legs centered by a scrolled apron. The back is stamped ‘Made In France’.
