Minton Antique Parian Figure of Water Nymph
Item Details
A Minton antique Parian figure of a water nymph. The figure is made of white Parian and features a semi-nude woman with a laurel wreath around her head gazing down as she tilts the amphora vase she holds. She stands on a pedestal that has the appearance of a flower with many petals. The Minton mark is impressed to the bottom used between 1845-1860.
Condition
- head of the figure has been broken off and reattached, discolored glue around the break.
