The Bulova 23 features a 10K rolled gold plate and stainless steel expansion link bracelet, which is attached to an oval 10K rolled gold plate case, with a diamond detail at the nine hour mark, that is set on a silver tone Florentine finished ribbon motif. The case houses a white dial, with gold tone Arabic numerals, indexes and black hands. The Bulova features a gold tone stainless steel expansion bracelet, which is attached to a round 10K gold filled case, with a white dial, yellow tone Arabic numerals, indexes and hands.
