Vintage German Silver Plate Musical Christening Cup
Item Details
A vintage Germab silver plate reeded christening cup with music box in the base. The music box features a simple band around the rim with a thin reeded design around the outside. The cup rests on a horizontal ribbed pedestal base with a wind-up key on the base. Made in Germany, the cup is presented in a box marked ‘Girod Paris’ to the interior. The underside of the cup is marked ‘Germany.’
Condition
- some surface wear with faint markings and minimal tarnishing; wear to box; music box in working condition. (DCCPLS).
