Item Details
A semi-antique hand-knotted Persian Karaja Heriz carpet runner. This wool rug features three central medallions with pendants and floral figures in ecru, orange, rose and indigo on a rose colored field. A meandering vine guard border in indigo and orange leads to a principal border of meandering vines and geometric forms, surrounded by a modified dogs tooth border in taupe and indigo. A burgundy overcast selvedge, with leather backing, and a white weft fringe complete this unmarked rug.
