This collection includes a book titled Die Einmachekunst und die Obstweinbereitung which discusses the art of cooking, production of meats, bread and cake baking, the preparation of fruit juices, fruit gels, fruit liqueurs and fruit wines, the treatment of the milk, and more. This copy is the 16th edition and was published in 1919 by August Schultze Verlag of Berlin. Also included are an assortment of handwritten English letters.
