Item Details
An antique ceramic promotional tile with calendar and naval vessels. On one side, the rectangular tile displays the calendar for the year 1911, and the name of a Boston firm ‘Jones, McDuffee & Stratton Co. – Pottery and Glass Merchants – 33 Franklin St. Boston. U.S.A.’ The other side features prints of the frigate ‘Constitution’ from 1797 and the battleship ‘Florida’ from 1910. Each illustration provides basic statistics. A hole for hanging is at the top of the piece.
