A sterling silver flatware set by Towle Silversmiths. This is in the Spanish Provincial pattern, first introduced in 1967, which features a scroll and rose accented handle. The forty-eight piece set including twelve dinner forks, twelve teaspoons, and twelve salad forks, all marked ‘Towle Sterling 1967’ and ‘Spanish Provincial’ to the backs. Also included are twelve dinner knives with sterling handles and stainless blades. The set is presented in a wooden flatware chest with red felt-like interior lining. The approximate weight of the forks and spoons is 48.015 ozt inclusive of the original plastic packaging.
