Three Vintage Wooden Storage Chests
Item Details
A collection of three vintage wooden storage chests. The handcrafted chests include one chest with a dome hinged lid with exposed nails, a dark metal front latch and hardware and brass side handles. The inside of the chest is lined in patterned paper with an eagle decal on the lid and a removable top divided tray. Also included are two smaller dresser boxes. One appears to be a cosmetic case and features a smooth wood patina to the top and sides and silver tone metal hardware. The inside is lined with blue tufted sateen fabric. The second is also made of wood and is decorated with a wood cutout of a women in a contrasting wood veneer. The interior is made of wood and includes a mirror. A wooden brush with exposed brass screws and ivory tone hard bristles complete this listing.
Condition
- light scuffs and wear to boxes, consistent with age and use. Mirror inside medium sized box includes some shadowing.
