Vintage Italian Carrara Marble Figural Bookends
Item Details
A pair of vintage Italian Carrara marble figural bookends. The bookends depict a pair of young maidens dressed in open-necked gowns, with a bonnet upon one, and a kerchief tied upon the head of the other. The busts are mounted upon curved marble plinth bases. The bookends are signed ‘Made in Italy’ to the back.
