Kaiser Porcelain Rearing Horse Figurine

A Kaiser white bisque porcelain figurine of a rearing horse perched on an oval base. This wild horse was designed in the 1950s by sculptor Gerhard Bochmann, also known for work he did with Meissen and Goebel. The base is imprinted with Bochmann’s signature, the underside of base stamped with blue ‘AK, Kaiser, w GERMANY’ mark used in production 1979-90. Underside also bears adhesive residue from missing sticker and is imprinted with model #424.
