A power-loomed Belgian Couristan Everest area rug. This rug features a Sarouk influence, and rendered in a palette of cranberry, camel, black, slate, and wine. The field begins with a central pendant medallion on an over populated floral cranberry colored field featuring vases. Framing the field is main floral border with sprays and foliate patterns, along with a pair of meandering guard borders. Finishing the rug are serged edges and ends, labeled ‘Everest, 100% Ultra Fine Polypropylene, Couristan, Made in Belgium’.
