An framed offset lithograph of 1906 piece of art titled,The Young King of the Black Isles ,by well-listed American illustrator Maxfield Parrish (1870 – 1966). The artwork depicts a young king of the Black Isles with muted tones of black, blue, and grey detailing the image. It rests upon a yellow hued cream coloured matting. It is presented behind a wooden frame that has a dark brown finish with hues of gold throughout and features an ornate carved border around each side, a glass front, and wire to the verso for hanging.
