Vintage Victrola Advertising and Accessories
Item Details
An assortment of twenty one pieces of advertising and accessories relating to the Victrola. The lot features two framed advertising posters: the larger poster features the Nipper, the RCA dog, listening to an RCA Victor phonograph presented in a light wooden frame with white and blue matting. The smaller poster features the Victrola and talks about the Victor Talking Machine that is presented in a red toned wooden frame with white and maroon toned matting. Both frames feature wire to the verso for hanging. There are also two RCA Nippert statues: one is a chalkware Nippert statue that features ‘Victor’ to the square base that Nippert rests upon while the other is a ceramic version of Nippert. There are five record brushes and nine metal boxes of needles. Two glasses: one ceramic mug with handle to the side that says ‘His Master’s Voice’ and one glass cup that looks to have a detailed ‘Victor’ record on the front of it. There also is a small glass bottle that is labeled ‘Edison Battery Oil’ to the front and ‘Thomas A. Edison’ to the side.
