An offset lithograph print on paper after a painting by listed artist Leon Kroll (1884 – 1974) titled Red Sails. The piece depicts an Impressionist-inspired bucolic river landscape, with red-sailed boats floating past tall shade trees and lush green and purple vegetation. The print is signed in plate to the lower left. It is double-matted in black and white and presented under glass in a black wooden frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- some surface scratches to paper; edge wear, nicks and scratches to frame with wear to finish; tears to frame’s backing paper.
