A circa 1990s offset lithograph print on paper after a painting by Thomas Russell Dunlay (born 1951) titled Wellesley Town Hall, issued by the Shawmut National Corporation. The piece depicts figures walking in a park setting against a backdrop of blue skies and a historic town hall building. The work is signed in plate to the lower right and signed in black ink below; it is additionally inscribed ‘For Ted with warmest regards’ in black ink to the lower left. The print includes decorative text of ‘Wellesley’ printed in plate to the lower margin. It is presented under glass and French-style matting in a gold tone wooden frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.
