Noritake "Merle" Porcelain Dinner Service
Item Details
A porcelain dinner service for twelve by Noritake in the Merle pattern. A setting is comprised of: a dinner plate, oblong salad plate, bread plate, teacup, and saucer. Also included are: six bowls, two oval platters, a serving bowl, tureen, gravy boat and saucer, creamer, and a lidded sugar bowl. Each is accented with an ivory band decorated with floral swags, yellow scallops, and red orange trim finished with gilt edge. The tureen and sugar bowl boast molded scroll handles and fluted knob finials, finished with gilt. The pieces are marked to the base with a logo.
