Hand Carved Chinese Bowenite Persimmon
Item Details
A hand-carved bowenite Chinese persimmon. This carving depicts two shizi fruits, held to be symbols of good fortune, surrounded by large, fan-like leaves. It is unsigned and comes with a carved wood stand.
Condition
Minor markings throughout. A section of leaf is broken off on the left-hand side.

Taken with stand.
Carving is 5.5" long.
