An early 20th century en habillé 14K white gold mounted carved helmet shell cameo depicting a young woman in profile with bobbed hair. She is wearing a corsage and is ‘dressed’ with an applied diamond necklace. The brooch is designed with an openwork mount and it can be worn as a pendant by the hinged loop if desired.
