A vintage hand-knotted Persian Mashhad room size rug. The wool pile rug features a center medallion on deep red field, elaborate spandrels and compound border. It is woven in palette of deep red, blues, greens, cream, brown and fuschia. The rug has natural cotton warp and is unsigned.
