A vintage Regency style kidney shaped desk. This walnut piece features a kidney shaped top with red leather inset panel with gold embossed foliate trim, over a pair of bow front columns with drawers. The drawers, which include dovetailed joints, cockbeaded trim, and ring pulls on medallion plates, flank a kneehole center with concave front drawer of the same trim features. The columns terminate in plinth bases.
