A hand-knotted Persian Tabatabai Tabriz area rug. This rug features an ornate goldenrod medallion on a cream ground filled with smaller floral springs and goldenrod and indigo colored spandrels with floral designs. It has a cream primary flower and leaf border with smaller teal flanking floral border. There is short knotted natural fringe on the ends.
