A south east Asian watercolor and gouache painting on linen of an elephant. This painting depicts an elephant with bracelets around its ankles and wearing an ornate clothing draped over its body. It holds a lotus like flowers in it’s trunk as it moved through a rural setting. This piece is bordered by a a painted pink floral motif. This work is unsigned and is present behind glass in a gold tone metal frame with hanging hardware.
