Churchill "Blue Willow" Tableware

A collection of Churchill Blue Willow tableware. The pieces are decorated in the Blue Willow pattern. This pattern with imagery derived from Chinese export porcelain was first produced by Josiah Spode in 1790. The pattern became extremely popular and has been produced continuously ever since. Included in this collection twelve dinner plates, six salad plates, eight bread and butter plates and eight bowls. The base is marked to the underside ‘Churchill England.’
