A pair of limited edition porcelain collector plates from the M. I. Hummel Gentle Friends series. Produced by the Danbury Mint under license from ARS, these decorative plates feature images of children interacting with animals based on the illustrations of M. I. Hummel. This collection includes Farm Boy (1992) and Playmates (1993), both of which are marked to the underside with the plate number u4979.
