Item Details

A Mid Century Modern walnut veneer chest of drawers by Lane Furniture. The chest features a banded veneer top, over two molded cabinet doors with three full-width drawers below having molded edge pulls. The cabinet drawers have reversible panels featuring woven cane inserts to one side and walnut veneers to the verso, opening to two interior drawers. The case stands on a tapered leg base, marked ‘Lane Altavista, Virginia’ to inside drawer and ‘45 294-12 Ser. No. 380211’ to the verso.
