A vintage Brighton #3 cast iron elf accented cigar and tobacco cutter. The black guillotine style cutter features a red painted elf, thumbing his nose, seated and hanging onto on the handle. The piece is marked ‘Brighton 3’ on one side of the base, beneath the elf.
