Vintage Art Deco Chairside Tube Radio by Philco

Item Details

A vintage Art Deco tube radio in mahogany chairside case by Philco, circa 1935. This Art Deco piece has a flat reeded border to the top, curving around the sides, with reeded stiles on either side of the burled control panel and in front of the slanted speaker cover. The Philco model 118X tube radio has knob controls and a dial to the front, and is accessible via the open back. The 118X had a 27,000 production run.
