An antique American Neo-Gothic oak hall tree. This mirrored hall tree is in the Neo-Gothic style popular in the United States at the end of the 19th century and early 20th century which is typified by this hall tree’s strong rectilinear and pointed upright supports and the arched top with stylized acanthus leaf keystone in the center; with the base of the hall tree having a handy lift top seat for storing scarves, hats or dog leashes. Breaks into two pieces for easy moving. Unmarked.
